How to be happy iampeacemaker, October 6, 2023October 6, 2023 This post will help you learn to be happy. Happiness is honest and simple, joy, and gratitude. These can be reached by practicing mindfulness meditations and having positive beliefs. It is the feeling of having all you need, of being filled to overflowing, feeling overflowing gratitude for everything you have without worrying about material things, that opens your heart to pure joy and fulfillment. When this is etched into your subconscious it becomes a habit. The Law of Attraction ensures this if you do it right. It’s an amazing feeling. I’ve heard people say that this law of attraction works for money too, but I’d rather aim for better energy than money. I choose not to love money, because I Am is more important to me, and Yeshua taught us, that you cannot be a slave of both God and money. So I get what I need, enough to be overflowing with gratitude. I’m warm in my low-income apartment, sheltered from the weather, with a fridge/freezer for food and oven/range to cook my meals, a coffeemaker, and family or bus to help me get out and socialize. As a person with multiple disabilities and great difficulty holding employment, I live from cheque to cheque on low income, lots of things I can’t buy in my current condition; however, I’m pleased with that. I’m warm, fed, clothed, and loved. It’s all I need for happiness. I’m not in a rush for a car or house. Don’t come to me for financial advice, it’s not my strongest suit. For now, I am more than okay with that. I Am fills me with faith, hope, and love, these make me happy and I don’t need anything. Don’t be negative. Nope. Be positive instead. The unconscious mind is painfully plain. It works in binary… no grey areas, there is no reasoning with the subconscious. What it hears at the best of times from your conscious mind is purely positive or negative. A double negative is not recognized as a positive. For example: when you say to yourself, “Don’t be negative,” what your subconscious mind understands, is, to be negative. So if you approach your desires from a mindset of wishing for and desperation, you are literally dooming your chances for success. For example, hurrying to get stuff done results in wasteful spending, and rushed work means more mistakes. This could piss off the people who you work around, meaning you enjoy your work that much less, and have fewer customers. Working with unhappy people and having a rough day leads to a less fulfilling work life, which, if you don’t have good habits, encourages more things like drinking or drugs in your off time. Then you get depressed and needy, renewing and strengthening this negative cycle of desperation and negative results. Break free from negative attitudes! Be happy instead! Reframe your situation. Be happy and fulfilled WHILE preparing your goals. Happiness in life is about the journey. The moments that are truly the most memorable are what’s most important in the long run. If you’re lucky enough to live to old age, you’ll have a wonderful lifetime of amazing moments to reflect on and draw happiness from. This world is a tough place, and loss is inevitable for everyone, some harder than others. Finding gratitude for having known, joy in the bittersweet feelings of loss, and remembrance is key. It’s a choice that needs to be made a habit if you want to be happy here on earth. Be grateful for your experiences, even your loss and mistakes, that make you a more complete person. There will be hard moments where you feel “the blues”. This is where mindfulness helps, from within, step back and welcome your feelings, letting them pass with patience, without judgment or anger. Nothing on this earth is permanent, the only permanent existence is the spiritual. Love yourself, if you can love yourself you’ll never need another person for fulfillment. Love for yourself comes from within your heart, focus on your heart chakra. Learn how to clear your energy so you can make use of your body’s sources of radiant energy and inner light. Mindfully moving your energy throughout, not allowing it to stagnate, is important to feel happy and free. How positive energy attracts your goals. Being happy and fulfilled attracts happier people around you, and you will recognize new ways to reach your goals, which, in your mind, you’ve already visited. Happier people, a feeling of wealth, and an open mind mean more opportunities. It also helps to choose the things that make you happy. Yeshua in Matthew 6:21 said, “For wherever your treasure is, there your heart will be too.” His suggestion is to find joy in spiritual things as opposed to material things, that rust and moths will destroy. So I consider my greatest joys to be faith, hope, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We’ve got work to do improving all these things, and that’s okay. One day at a time. One MOMENT at a time. Valuing the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) and spiritual treasures that last forever. Without extra money, I still feel wealthy, the attitude comes from within. Like Yeshua said, So do not worry about tomorrow: tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has enough troubles of its own. Yeshua. (Matthew 6: 34) I’ll go even one step further than not worrying about tomorrow. Exist in the moment, don’t worry about the next moment. Accept or don’t accept your current circumstances, recognizing whether or not your current mindset is helping you reach your desired goals, what you’ve been asking of I Am, Universal Mind, within your subconscious. When you feel yourself being in the Universal Mind, you will make choices you can feel confident about. You will be supernaturally guided along the optimal path of manifesting the achievement of your desires. However small a part that plays in your happiness. I also recommend a Buddhist book called, “The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying”. It helps you prepare for your mortality and have a better understanding of simple happiness.
